Terms of Service

Short version
Be 18+. Pay for what you order. Don't abuse returns. Treat the catalog respectfully. Disputes go to Delaware courts.
Agreement
By accessing vyroona.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel after charge, you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you authorize the charge for the order total plus any applicable shipping. We are not responsible for fees imposed by your bank or card issuer.
Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from US warehouses for most products, with selected items shipping in 7–14 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns Policy for full eligibility and instructions. Final sale items are not returnable.
Intellectual property
All site content (logos, product images, copy, design) is owned by Vyroona or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of it without written permission. Product photos may be sourced from suppliers; rights remain with their respective owners.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@vyroona.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to abuse our return policy fraudulently, to scrape or replicate the catalog at scale, or to attempt to interfere with our infrastructure. Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyroona's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
